A business enterprise is constituted of all concrete posts, and each post is managed by an employee. How to develop the post advantage, and how to transfer the host's initiative and creativity, is a grim problem for business enterprises under the knowledge-based economy. Performance appraisal is a key place to resolve this problem. However, the theories about performance appraisal, which is studied from the angle of posts, are rare. But the post management has existed, and the performance appraisal has kept on developing. As long as there are work missions, there will be posts, there will be persons to manage the posts, and the hosts and the missions should be managed and evaluated. This paper strives to solve the series of problems about performance appraisal that business enterprises are facing now, such as poor operation, weak focalization, difficult implement and so on. It aims at converting the business enterprise strategies to realizable targets of every post, evaluating these targets to realize performance appraisal. Applying the method of AHP to establish the mathematics model, the power numbers of all index signs are given. It puts forward a brand-new path or method for the performance appraisal.
