The Study On Molding Mechanism Of The Administrative Staff Character

At present, our country has been in the new developing period of comprehensively building a society being fairly well-off and quickly pushing on the modernizations of socialist. To achieve the struggle objective of the CPC in the new century and new period, noble character of the administrative staff must be molded. To mold noble character of the administrative staff can not only ensure the effectively revolving of the state apparatus, drive the promoting of the moral level of overall society, maintain permanently stability of the state but also restrain the administrative actions of the administrative stuff to prevent the occurrences of the corrupt phenomena. With the perfection and development of the system of socialist market economy, to mold the administrative staff character inevitably faces to a series of conflicts. To strengthen the research of the mechanism of molding the administrative staff character is the essential condition of molding noble character of the administrative staff.
