Based on analyzing the characteristic of manufacture process and service process, this paper clearly show that the service industry has a whole frame of applying six sigma management. According to the characteristic of airlines' business process, this paper carries out the following research work: first, puting forward the organizing framework of six sigma management and the project management system of airlines applying six sigma projects, second, bringing forward the statistical tools of applying six sigma management, and solveing problems of analyzing specific data type of the airlines, third, analyzing cases of some airlines implementing six sigma management, which proved that the statistical tools,methods and technology this paper presented is useful and correct.
