Value chain is a strategy thought and analysis tool to analyze enterprise competition advantage, but under the push of the information technique, Collaborative Product Commerce model which was emergent in the last few years realizes enterprise information integration and enterprise collaboration, Porter's value chain model and theory is no longer adapt to collaborative commerce environment. So under the economic globalization and informativeness environment, value chain should be relocated and analyzed. So this paper reconstructs value chain using CPC and it's information integration, and builds a new value chain mode based on Collaborative Product Commerce. And this paper evaluates the value chain integration achievement, at last the evaluation index system is used in the actual application.These items are studied in this paper:(1) Achieve how the enterprise information integrates and that the characterize ofCollaborative Product Commerce is collaboration based on studying the definition, core principle, connotation and system construction of Collaborative Product Commerce.(2) Reconstructing value chain using Collaborative Product Commerce and it's information integration and building a new value chain model based on Collaborative Product Commerce and analyzing the influence to the enterprise based on studying value chain theory and analyzing information technology influents to the value chain.(3) Building an evaluation index system base on studying value chain integration achievement and using this evaluation index system in the actual application.(4) On the base of a particular enterprise, we give a sample to illustrate how to analyze the value chain and its evaluation, and analyze the influence to the enterprise, and try to find the key value creating activities and value increasing methods to the enterprise.Value chain analysis and evaluation based on Collaborative Product Commerce is an effective tool to push forward the development of enterprise competition advantage, and also is a strategy thought and method that the enterprise gains core competition in the future. |
