With the development of the economic and the coming of the information time, the collaborative commerce is as a new theory of the commerce model theory. We analyses the design and the application of a sample system, the collaborative electronic commerce system of the D company, and research how to apply the theory of the collaborative commerce in the specific area, the IT production distribution industry in this article. Based on the analysis and research, this article focus on the direction of the further development.Firstly, we analyses the industry and the company background. Because of the competition, the company should to set up the new commerce model to make the profit. The application of the collaborative commerce theory is to build a electronic business exchanges website. The ERP information system and the logistic operation are the two factors of the basement. As the exchanges and the information platform, this e-business website connects the suppliers and the resellers. The purposes of this system is to enhance the service and the operation, to boost up the core competing power of the D company. In the process of the design and application, we coordinate the order work flow, the logistic operation and the risk management. The functions of the e-business website are according to the D company operations, and implement the individual user management and electronic automatic approvement. In the next application phrase, the supplier will be a new user in the e-business website and will be a profit making operation to complete collaborative commerce model of the supply chain.
