With the utilization of computer and the development of electronic commerce, various changes have taken place I all walks of the society. The retail trade is no exception. The retail trade has experienced the change from department store to supermarket; now general merchandise store (QMS) has become the main trend of the retail trade. When analyzing the three modes in detail, the author points out that B to C should be based on a sound foundation of B to B and INTRANET.
