With the forming of the economic globalization, network economy is playing a more and more important role, and following the high-speed development of the information technology at the same time, the tide of E-Commerce sweeps across the whole world, impacts the traditional economic mode, and has brought the deep change to regulation means, management theory, consumption, etc.. Regarded as the important individual participating in the economic, the competition among the enterprises is becoming fiercer, and a lot of new views and theories have been produced. For instance, enterprises reengineering, BRP, ERP, fictitious enterprise, SCM, etc.. And these new management theories and method are all closely related to E-Commerce environment. Many enterprises have already found that there has been full of chances in the E-Commerce activities, which speed the combination of SCM and E-Commerce. The ranges of struggling combination are enormous different with the traditional supply chain. The companies utilizing E-Commerce to redefine the SCM can raise the efficiency and get competition advantage stronger than rivals of them. Through an analysis of E-Commerce environment, the dissertation lays particular emphasis on the relation between E-Commerce and SCM, aims at the choice of the SCM under condition of E-Commerce and discussing the main problems of using E-Commerce Supply Chain Manegement (E-SCM) in China. The structure of the dissertatiion is as follows: Chapter1: introduction. This section mainly deals with the research background, purpose and meaning. Chapter2: theoretics and practice on research. The section sketchs relevant theories of E-Commerce and SCM, focuses on the produce, concept and key thought of SCM. Firstly, it has explained that the SCM is developed from the elementary logistics management, value chain management, and then provides concept of SCM from different angles. Secondly, the concept of E-SCM is educed and the key thoughts is analysed. In the last section, analyse current situation of the research and practice in this field both at home and abroad. Chapter3: the combination of E-Commerce and SCM, the important part of the dissertation. The first section deals with the relationship beteween E-Commerce and SCM, analyses emphatically the influence to SCM produced by E-Commerce. In the second and third sections, it has researched the combination of E-Commerce and SCM from three angles, and analysed through the relation model. Chapter4: comparisons among three kinds of classical E-SCM under E-Commerce environment, another important chapter. In the first section, it has comparative analysed three kinds of management systems (AFR, VMI, CPFR), and on this basis establish a set of index systems weighing the systematic competition advantage. Secondly, evaluation of three kinds of systems is done by level analyses and fuzzy evaluation. The results of the evaluation are analysed from the system, practice and analytical method. This chapter has offered the breakthrough point that helps to study how E-Commerce influences SCM. Such analysis contributes to understanding the function of the combination of E-Commerce and SCM. Chapter5: In China, the enterprises still face the great problem in the process of successful implementation to E-SCM, and transplant the already successful case abroad. This chapter analyses the macroscopical and microscopic obstacles of implementation to E-SCM in China, indicates that our country is also very unripe in such aspects as infrastructure, technological condition, humane condition, and has a very long time on the combination of E-Commerce and SCM. Finally, thewriter probes into the tactics to deal with these obstacles through enterprise's actual conditions in our country.
