Personnal managemant is very important in organization work. Psychology, as a measure of personnal mamangemant, plays a more and more important role in the innovation of personnal managemant and personnal system.This article probes into the primary application of psychology in China's early personnel management through combinning the known documents with new historical data ,regarding the activities of the Chinese Vocational Educational Institute of Shanghai, the China Psychological Society, and China Personnel Management Society as typical cases, and taking the introduction of industry psychology and the scholar's research as the highlights. Also, this article analyzes the weaking phenomenon,reasons and results in the application of psychology to personnel management under the planned economy system. In addition, by focusing on the connection between the application of psychology to personal management and the innovation in personnel management system during the transition period, the article evaluates the restoration and development of this application during the reform and opening time. At the end, this article delivers many perspective viewpoints about the future of personal psychology and explores opportunities the personnel management offers for personnel psychology in the 21st century. Offer to our country by way of reference to administration evolution and advanced ability of party of reign.In this paper,the history about using psychology in personnal managemant of China in the past a century has been researched, some problem of personal psychology have been presented through researching the history about using psychology in personal managemant of China in the past a century, such as without being attached importance by administration and lacking new research progress relatively.The research results in this paper may be improved the development of personal managemant.
