As an advanced organize method and management technique, logistics is regarded as the most import profits headspring except reducing material expand and increasing the rate of labor production. In order to fit in with the trend of economic globalization and regional economic integrative, government has taken modernize logistics system as an essential element and important strategy to improve synthesize competition ability.The logistics in Anhui plays an important part in the national logistics system. But the logistics center special system and logistics special network have a limited development and unreasonable special layout. Ideology, management and level of economic development etc restrict them. All of these badly baffle the city economy and regional economy. So the research about the system of regional logistics in Ahui has a very important significance. The main conclusion of this paper is following: 1. The first chapter systematically looks back the progress of logistics system studied in the domestic and international in recent twenty years. Then, it expounds basic principle of hub-and –spoke system, which is the basic theory for setting up logistics center system in chapter2.2. The third chapter analyzes the status quo logistics system in Anhui. Firstly, it analyzes the development situation of logistics; the next, it gives an analysis about logistics network of highway, railroad, and sea mail, aviation in Anhui province. Finally, it calculates the born deal of logistics of Anhui province and estimates its demands.3. The fourth chapter studies the growth and evaluation of logistics special network in Anhui. First, the model for evaluation of IGJAHP logistics should be established to calculate the lever of logistics center city development and set up the space system of double vital point logistics enter city from Hofei to Wuhu. Secondly, it probes into the development of logistics center city, and at last, this chapter analyses the developing process and dynamical system of logistics special system.4. The fifth chapter introduces UNCAPACITATED MULTIP-HUB model, which uses computer as a helper to optimize logistics hub-and-spoke special network in Anhui province.5. Based on above research, this paper puts forward proposals or government of Anhui province to make up the strategy of logistics development.
