The Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Social Organizations In Anhui Province

Since the reform and opening up, with the development of China’s socialist market economic system,the deepening of the political system reform, and the gradual formation of the civil society, a large number of social organizations have emerged, which are extensively active in economic and social fields, bearing the historical responsibility of promoting Chinese social transformation. To some extent, social organization has become an important subject of social construction of our country, which is also an important force for economic development. To foster and support the development of various social organizations,since 2009, Anhui Province has began to explore the reform of social organization management system and gradually reduce the registration threshold, promoting the government purchase of services, which have created favorable conditions for the development of social organizations. In recent years, Anhui Province’s social organizations are growing rapidly. A large amount of professional and strong social organizations are emerging, which have played an important role in the economic and cultural development and social construction and many other fields. However, compared with developed provinces and cities, the social organizations of Anhui Province are developing in a lower level, whether in terms of the total amount, quality, distribution or capacity-building and so on. In addition, there is still a shortage of funds, lack of talent,and low social recognition, which restrict the further development of social organizations in Anhui Province.Therefore, I hope that through empirical research on the current situation of the development of social organizations in Anhui Province, and identify the problems it encountered in the development and the causes of these problems, so that I can explore the right path for the development of social organizations in Anhui Province from the perspective of professional social work. At the same time, I expect to offer certain reference to the development of social organizations in other regions.In this paper, the full text is divided into five parts, the first part mainly introduces the writing background and the significance of this study, simply reviewing the research status at home and abroad, as well as the research process of this paper. The second part explains the basic concepts and three related theories of social organizations, which lays a theoretical foundation for the whole research. The third part expounds the current status and the function of the social organizations in Anhui province, and makes a brief analysis of the problems. In the fourth part, according to the development status and problems of Anhui province’s social organizations, I put forward some thoughts and suggestions, hoping to start from the government, social organizations and the social three aspects, form a joint force to promote the development of social organizations in Anhui Province, and strengthen the involvement of the social work profession together for the social management and innovation of Anhui Province. The fifth part is the conclusion, which makes a brief summary and description for the research results and viewpoints of the full text.
