Anhui Tobacco Third-party Logistics, Supply Chain Management Research And Practice

Logistics operation run through the whole process of enterprises' manufacturing and circulating. Sound and effective logistics system can bring enormous profit by harmonizing and bettering the process of manufacturing and circulating, thus, it has become the so-called "third profit resource" and a strategic target enterprises are making great efforts to acquire. Currently, tobacco enterprises are taking important action on deepening innovation, strengthening scientific management and developing strategic target. Many enterprises have attached remarkable importance to enhancing logistics management, electronic commerce and Internet marketing. Reconstructing logistics system and establishing supply chain system have become an inevitable choice of enterprises.This paper chooses Anhui tobacco industry as the research object, and mainly focuses on the third-party logistics. By integrating theory with practice, relative backgrounds and theories of the third-party logistics are presented at length. Analysis has been processed about both the third-party logistics theories based on the supply chain management, and the particular environment of the third-party logistics constructing of Anhui tobacco industry. The main problems in practical operating of the third-party logistics are concerned. Theories and practical experiences are provided for familiarizing and developing the third-party logistics here in this paper.
