The Research On Development Of Electronic Government In Tibet

As far as the informatization is concerned, it is an inevitable reality that Tibet has greatly dropped behind the other provinces in our country. According to this, the thesis puts forward the systemic and holistic layout of the development of the electronic government for Tibet on the basis of the existing theories and practice of electronic governments, both domestic and overseas. Certainly, all the conclusions are based on the objective and careful analysis of the reality of the electronic government in Tibet. Consequently we have the belief that the development of the informatization of Tibet will surely benefit from the foresight and exercise produced by this paper.The innovation of this thesis may be summarized into these points as follows:a completely new concept about electronic government should be set up from the point of view of economy and management:Tibetan government should keep up with the changes of the situations and perform the electronic government. That is to say, Tibet government should be a task-oriented government with more sight of entrepreneur. And it should be a team composed of a good many of knowledge workers, which will provide much better service.In the light of these statements, we can draw these conclusions. Tibet has great necessity to treat the informatization on a whole systematically. Thus, instructed by the correct objectives, Tibetan government should be able to give a scientific orientation for the project of the electronic government, proceed actively and initiatively as the instructor, make progress as much as possible on the basis of reality and eventually realize the great development of Tibet.
