The analysis and evaluation on the feasibility of the 50,000 tpy TDI project ofthe Hebei Cangzhou Dahua Group Co. is made in this thesis.By analyzing the supplying chain of the Hebei Cangzhou Dahua Group Co.and elaborating the fact that natural gas has already become the bottle neckwhich restricts the company`s existence and development, the strategicthinking of strengthening the company and building a 50,000 tpy TDI plant hasbeen brought up in this thesis. Based on the principles and procedures of theproject financial evaluation, the feasibility study of the 50,000 tpy TDI plant ismade, of which the conclusion is that the project is feasible and acceptabletechnically, economically and financially. Main points are as follows:Of this thesis, the first part deals briefly with the company`s operations,development and organizations. The strategic thinking of building a 50,000 tpyTDI plant is raised on the basis of the analysis of the company`s supplyingchain.The second part elaborates in detail the project financial evaluation system.The project financial evaluation system includes the early preparations and thefinancial evaluation. The early preparations consist of the selection of basicdata, determination of investment estimation, investment plan, funds raisingand project financial forecast. The financial evaluation comprises thepreparation of financial statement, analysis of the profitability, analysis of thecapability of paying back debts and analysis of uncertainties.The third part describes and analyzes the technical and economic feasibilitiesof the 50,000 tpy TDI project, forecasting the market requirement as well asthe prices with an analysis of the construction conditions, ecologicalenvironment, process technology, sustainability, etc. of the project.The fourth part covers the financial evaluation of the 50,000 tpy TDI project.The judgement of the financial issues being feasible is concluded through theanalysis of profitability, capability of paying back debts and uncertainties.The last part serves as a conclusion of the thesis, that the 50,000 tpy TDIproject is feasible in terms of the market, technology, construction conditions,economic results and financial affairs.
