The financial feasibility study on the enterprise project investment analysis the project profitability and provided support to the decision-making on the view of financial feasibility. As the necessary work to help the investment become more scientific, the financial evaluation on ecology immigration project is very meaningful for the sustainable development of an enterprise and the whole national economy.In this thesis, the financial feasibility of the investment of Luodai Ecology Immigration Project is studied by means of the incorporate method of static analysis and dynamic analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation. The study firstly estimated each financial data objectively after understood the whole project deeply, then analyzed the relevant index scientifically. In order to improve the reliability of the financial evaluation, the study analyzed the risk and the factor of risk objectively. According to the perspective of the financial index, the Luodai Ecology Immigration Project is feasible.The thesis consists of six chapters:Chapter1is introduction. This chapter outlines the ecology financial feasibility research background and effect, and points out the importance of the research in the whole project process.Chapter2is the literature review. It illustrates the history, development process, and the present situation of the financial feasibility research on the ecology immigration project. The next is the analytical of the important theories and concepts. It illustrates not only the relevant theories of ecology immigration, project feasibility analysis, and project financial feasibility analysis, but also the relationship between them.Chapter3describes the situation of the Luodai Ecology Immigration Project, including the position, dimensions, financing method and so on.Chapter4is the estimation of the financial data on the Luodai Ecology Immigration Project. It is processed according to the known project data and the current laws and regulations, and figures out the investment and profit and so on.Chapter5is the financial analysis on the Luodai Ecology Immigration Project.
