On The Economic Law Safeguards For The Social Vulnerable Groups Of China

The rapid expassion of the social vulnerable groups has been a serious social problem in China since the past decade. Since "the social vulnerable groups" is a relative concept, the safeguards of law would only favour part of the social vulnerable groups. The differences of the value standards lead to the different safeguards among different law branches, thus we should endeavor to coordinating the functions of the law branches on the premise of admitting the above differences. Basing upon the economic law, the author designs some systems for protecting the social vulnerable groups.The thesis consists of four parts. Chapter 1 tells us the general situation about the social vulnerable groups, primarily including the reasons why many people pay close attention to the vulnerable groups, the theories about the concept of the social vulnerable groups and the important problems of the social vulnerable groups of China. Chapter 2 analyses the jurisprudence basis of the protection of the social vulnerable groups, pointing out that we must protect the vulnerable groups for the whole society's fairness, safety, better development, etc. Chapter 3 reveals the relation between the economic law and the vulnerable groups. In this chapter, the author mentions his opinions about the concept and the essence of the economic law, and the primary functions of the economic law in safeguarding the social vulnerable groups. Chapter 4 shows us the ways how to protect the social vulnerable groups by the economic law. First, the author gives the social vulnerable groups a limited concept, then analyses the features of the social vulnerable groups, at last, he puts forward some suggestions about the safeguards of the social vulnerable groups.
