The Research On Legal Aid Of Urban Vulnerable Groups

With the globalization and the sharp social transition, social condition achieved great changes in China, which resulted in the rapid widen of the civil individual discrepancy. Some people, like unemployed, the agricultural laborers entering city, the persons outside the institution, the retired in advance etc, becomes social disadvantaged groups. When the society relies on the method to the legal controls day by day, the disadvantaged groups obviously lack of the self-protect ability, instead, their legitimate rights and interests is exactly easiest to violate in real life. Therefore, how can we enable the lawful right of the social disadvantaged groups to obtain the legal protection for the fair and justice in society, which is just the problem the legal aid trying to solve.This article aims to provide the judicial safeguard for the Vulnerable group, and analyzes the economical attribute of the Vulnerable groups'legal aid, thus to differentiate it for the institution and service two aspects, based on which we analyses them separately by the economic method of supply and demand, so we can confirm government responsibility to the different the Vulnerable groups.In China, there do exist a lot of problems in urban vulnerable groups'legal aid system at present. The government must analyze where the problem is, adopt diversity according to different problem solves; adopt respectively different way to solve actual urban vulnerable groups'legal aid problem at present, promote efficiently urban vulnerable groups'welfare.
