Land Use Dynamic Change Of Beijing

Land use dynamic change is becoming the international research frontier. As urban is the region where the human behavior has effect on nature landscape ecological system most frequently and acutely, the research on land use of urban and its change has arouse people's interests.Based on the data of land use investigate and remote sensing, the land use dynamic change of Beijing chosen as the research flat from 1992 to 2001 has been opened from three level (total city, district, sample area). The main conclusions were as follows:(1) Great changes from 1992 to 2001 have been taken on the area, space and quality of land use of total city, thereinto the changes of cultivated field and residential and industrial area were most remarkable. Influence on the land use distributed pattern by the topography and location were embodied fully by the spatial change of these two kinds of land use. Forestry land and residential and industrial area were the main object to which many land use types changed.(2) Based on district, the region difference of land use pattern in Beijing was analyzed by math model combined with the method of landscape ecology. The regulation showed: land use diversity and combination types of land use were increased from suburb to distant suburb plain and half coteau. The opposition trend was presented on the change of the concentration index of land use. As distant suburb coteau was controlled by the background of mountain, the land use diversity index was minimum and the concentration index was maximum.(3) The Haidian district was chosen as the sample area, and the application of Geostatistic method in the land use landscape spatial pattern was discussed. The results showed that the method of Geostatistic was also efficient to study land use landscape spatial pattern. The characteristic of spatial difference and its formation mechanism could be well revealed.The direction change of spatial variant could be well recognized.
