In the recent years, these years service industry competes dramatically. The management of human resources is one of important items of the development of company. It can't content the requirements of development of human resources contemporary enterprises to continue to use old methods of personnel management. Ubiquitously, lack of understanding and experience on human resources management, therefore, the understanding must be improved, and the present labor force must be managed and developed by means of scientific methods.On the basis of combination of theory and practice, the paper takes JinBin hotel as studying objective, and analyzes the present status of the utility of human resources and problems of human resources management faced the hotel. Based on the results of prediction, the paper analyzes, and then carries out comprehensive measures to make sure the reality of the organizational goals, so that provide the powerful support on development of the hotel.Through the study, the paper draws a conclusion: a hotel cannot obtain enough and suitable personnel in short time when it is in floundering internal environment and changing external one. It must adjust its current organizational structure, improve its system of regulation, and motivate and train its staff in effective way. No other than this, the hotel can obtain the balance of human resources, and be on the way of sustainable development.
