With more and more drastic competition in market and more and more various customer requirements, the mode of multi-product and small-batch production is applied more and more widely. The main contents of the dissertation are to reengineer business process based on BPR theory, study the forecast method of logistic requirement of multi-varieties and small-batch product distribution, and construct the distribution system fitting distribution business process based on Internet.Firstly, the dissertation analyzes two main issues in multi-varieties and small-batch product distribution. One is bullwhip effect amplifying, distorting and delaying market information which is transferred up distribution network. Another is inexact forecast of logistic requirement. Furthermore, it concludes the sale or logistic characters of multi-product and small-batch production enterprise.Then, target the 'bullwhip effect' problem, this dissertation proposed a method. By reengineering the distribution business process , separation of commercial circulation and substance circulation and reduction network level, the bullwhip effect can be significantly weaken and enhance enterprise market response capability and customer server level.Subsequently, logistic requirement forecast is studied in multi-product and small-batch product distribution, combining with the real requirement of a wallpaper company based on Guangdong province. In that enterprise, variety and type of product is large but life is short, and requirement of all products is steady but one of single product is random, so to forecast logistic requirement consider not only quantity of product also type of it. According to analyze and study to logistic requirement characters, the dissertation proposes the forecast method that is classifying, pruning, forecasting and deciding.Finally, the dissertation discusses design of distribution system. Distribution business can be classified as foreground process and background process according to their characters. The foreground process service for network members locating different areas, so it's realized by DRP system based on B/S architecture; and the background process service for enterprise inner members, so it's actualized by ERP system based on C/S architecture. Now, it has one more year that the system has been application in a wallpaper company. And it is effective.
