The organization, as the cell of the society, its abundant essential condition of existing is to promote the development of society and people. At present, while people's living standard improves, people's idea is in the development and distillation too, and the human nature is being liberated further. For the organization in new century can be good development, we have organization's management of people necessary to make some systemic understanding and study.This thesis arranges for the content as follows:Preamble. Preamble part points out that the development of people-based management thought has era certainty, it is the trend of management in the future, and complies with the development of the society and liberation process of the human nature; In addition, preamble part proves domestic research and practice state on people-based management at present, and the research approach of this thesis also.Chapter one, the development of people-based management thought. It will prove people-based management thought originated long time ago, showing itself in the east and west culture; To this day, the development of human nature assumption and management have made people-based management thought develop into the whole modern's management theory frame gradually.Chapter two, people-based management in traditional organization. This part explains the characteristics of traditional organization, and points out there are some remarkable and inherent contradictions between the development of individual character and traditional organization's development. The style of people-based management in traditional organization besides general means, should pursue the human resources hyper visors of a mode of people mainly.Chapter three, people-based management in knowledge organization. This part explains the characteristics of knowledge organization, points out the difference from the style of traditional organization, and puts forward the effective way of people-based management practice in knowledge organization is to set up learning organize.Chapter four, people-based management in broad sense. In this part, you will be told it is a broad sense of people-based management style when you extend thepeople-based management thought to the outside of organization, and This extension is the request of management ethics. CRM and green management are the latest practice of people-based management in broad sense.Chapter five, the predicament and outlet of people-based management. This part proves people-based management thought might not cause management activity success, but present the predicament.
