Business competition worldwide is becoming more and more relied on advanced technology and talent. It severe challenge the human beings in the fast growing 21st century. Properly organized employees with excellent skills will provide the company great advantages over its competitors. Therefore human resource development and management plays a vital role in today's business.Based on the theories and practice of modern human resource management, we analyzed the current human resource management status and examined the flowing reason of all kinds of employment in Broad Air Conditioning. We also figure out the drawbacks of the company's current human resource management pattern. Our research mainly focused on the management model to the unstable sales and management teams. On the basis of our research, we present- a re-engineering proposal of human resource management to the company in order to help the company finding out a better way to develop its staff and its competition capability as well.
