Management, which came into being from the demand of subsistence and evolution of human being, is an important practice way of society. The ethicized tendency of modern management is the new one of modern management development, because of the characteristics of management the shortcoming of traditional management and the modern change of management, the way, principle and purpose of management have the ethicized change. From the ethics, it is to hold the humanity and morality that is more and more the main aspect of management study. From the management, oneself of ethics is a special management means, which the managing function is reflected by the individual and the society. The ethics has the function of encouragement , regulation, guiding and education, which regulate the relationship of people according to the certain ethics standard at the managing activity of human society. Thus the people can gain their purposes.The humanized management is the fundamental tendency of modern management and it will achieve the ethicized target, which are the main contents of the article. From the history of managing development, management is to the human on essence. The humanity assumption theory is the highest guiding idea and theory base of every management mode on the ethics concept. Modern management should satisfy the people's need and regard "people is aim" as the basic concept, which can really realize the humanized management. So the fundamental tendency of modern management ethicized is humanized management. The other main content is the social function of humanized management, that is to say, the ethicized target of humanized management.
