Travel destination, as one of the important support of economic activity, plays a basic role to tourism development. Under the impact of tourism e-commerce, the government of travel destination begins to respond to this trend, transform the traditional b usiness m ode b y u tilizing i nformation n etwork t echnique. As a result, Destination Marketing System (abbreviated as DMS), arises at the moment. DMS is the uttermost solution for marketing through Internet. It has already got comparatively extensive application in developed countries, while in our country, it is leading direction of national travel information-based project- "Golden Tour Project".This paper selected marketing system of provincial travel destination as the research subject. The purpose lies in using and revealing the universal law of DMS through the microcosmic use of DMS. There are four chapters in the paper: Chapter one, based on the studying of the background and relevant research materials , provides the orientation on DMS, and establishes one's own research angle and scheme. Chapter two reviewed domestic and international development of the DMS and looked forward to the application prospect of DMS. Chapter three is the main body of the thesis. At first, it uses Integrate Innovative Theory to orientate DMS as regional tourism integrate innovative system, takes Dynamic Guangdong Website as the research subject. It analyses integrate innovative function of DMS and its function of development in regional tourism through three angles: The integration from object, subject and technology separately. Finally, I use DMS to further explain and develop some theories. Chapter four, based on research achievement of DMS in chapter three, designs a qualitative assessment standard on regional tourism integrate innovativeHebei Tour Website. Then the paper compares the network with Dynamic Guangdong Website and at the same time makes the assessment. The paper plans to build the improvement scheme of Hebei Tour Website and make it as representative of Hebei DMS so that it can meet the informationalized demand of the tourism in our country. The contribution of this paper is listed in the following:1. The topic selected is quite new and meets the trend development of the era. DMS in our country has been popularized since 2002. The historical development is less than two years. Its study is finished by the concern of every tourism profession.2. This paper carries on the theory innovation to certain degree, draws a lot from integrating innovative theoretical system in the domain of soft science. The paper contains the author's understanding of regional economics and regards travel destination marketing system as regional tourism integrate innovative system to do research. This point has never been put forward by predecessors.3. This paper makes a combinational analysis of theoretical research and experimental research. Theoretical research will be empty without the help of experimental research while experimental research will be superficial without the support of the theory. So, this paper applies the theoretical research( integrate innovative theory) to experimental research (Dynamic Guangdong Website). The whole research course begins with theory and proves the theory through the experimental research. Thus, the theory develops further and then instructs practice. Such a series of thought shows fully the strict work attitude i.e. using experiment to test truth and develop it.
