Research On Problems Of Adjustment In Agricultural Structure In The New Period

Agricultural structure adjustment is influenced by many factors such as natural resource, the development of the economy, social environment, living standard, the level of science and technology, social system and so on. These factors advances the agricultural structure adjustment while it reacts them. Proper agricultural structure can speed the development of the economy, make people's living standard better, improve the level of science and technology, make the society stable and enhance vigor. Especially in the new period, the supply of main agricultural products has changed from shortage to balance and to surplus in rich years. This is a historical change. So agricultural structure adjustment becomes more and more important.This article analyzed the historical change of Chinese agricultural structure and the character of the new period; did macro research on objective, principles and stragedies of Chinese agricultural structure adjustment; dealt with the problems on regional distribution, breed improvement, structure improving in planting and livestock farming in details.Modern agricultural structure adjustment shouldn't be the actions ofman or thoughts in mind. It should follow the rules of its own and the development of the society. So the author also did research on other factors which restrict the agricultural structure such as processing of agricultural science and technology, the action and policy of the government and so on. In the whole research, the author consulted many datas; fully used the achievement of others'; creatively put forward the scheme for improving agricultural products' layout, for building a network for good breeding and for available means in agricultural structure adjustment.
