Studies On The Circulation Organization's Lnnovation Of Agricultural Products

The objective of the thesis is the circulation organization of agricultural products--the farmer's cooperatives, a major form of thecirculation organization system.Firstly, through a general description and induction of foreign form and model of the circulation organization of agricultural products, the thesis make a practical analysis on China's circulation organization institution of agricultural products. By the means of institutional economy, the thesis make a abstract on the organization form of produce and sale integration in agricultural organization innovation. Secondly, the thesis studies on one form of the produce and sale integration -"firm +farmer" , then refer out the problems in the execution of the organization. After a judgement of produce and sale organization's developmental tendency in the future, the thesis regards that depending on the organization innovation of itself, the farmer's cooperative, which is the important connections of the agricultural products produce and sale ,has a great responsibility. Finally, the thesis studies the conception of the farmer's cooperative: the criterion of the organization itself and the consummation of the institution, the innovation of the external institutional environment to the survive of the organization.
