The thesis is entirely based on the very point of view that Globalization is one of the essentials of the Great Modernization Transformation, so, the course that mankind has pursued modernization is also the course that mankind continuously has made for globalization. From this point, the author makes the following thinking logic: First, severely understood, the concept of modernization belongs to the category of production practice, and, the concept of globalization, the category of transaction practice. In terms of the Marxism theory that production practice determines transaction practice, therefore, modernization inevitably leads to globalization. Second, the human modernization is a global transformation. Without the globalization, the modernization transformation is not able to be started and to be completed. On the other hand, only on the foundation of modernization, does globalization become a constant state, an inevitable tide, and an indispensable factor to nation's subsisting, not an occasional relation on the globe any longer. Third, therefore, in order to have a better knowledge of globalization and a series of question form it, we must better understand the modernization. The paper is composed of four parts. Part one describes various points of view about globalization in recent years and highlights the conflicts among them. The author thinks that the cognitive reason for such great and much difference lies in that people always know Globalization within the limit of itself and that they don't try to probe its material source, so, their conclusions lack a solid foundation and are difficult to be accepted.Part two presents a new perspective, modernization, to interpret Globalization. The author observes the principle of Marxism that we must explain concepts' formation from practice, not vice versa. So the mode of modernization production inevitably determines the mode of globalization transaction. Studied from the global perspective, the Modernizing Transformation has the following specialties: it covers every areas on earth and includes all aspects, such as economy, technology, politics and culture, while, it hasn't developed form the same beginning point in different areas and not at the same speed in different social field. It is a natural and historic course. Then, studied form the perspective of modernization, Globalization is an irreversible history course includingeconomy, politics and culture, etc. It is a real history tide, not lies, plot or scheme. Globalization is one of the essentials of transaction in modern society, which doesn't relate much to nation's politic institution. The contradictions in the Globalization course come from the global modernization.According to above theoretic framework, part three specifically analyses the focuses such as nation's sovereignty, the gap between the north and the south, the cultural globalization and tradition culture's rehabilitation, and anti-globalization campaign. The part highlights the author's opinion in these focuses. In the long run, the author thinks that mankind must propel the modernization on the scale of the globe, help the developing countries accelerate their modernization cause, and strive to balance the development in different social fields. So far as the developing countries are concerned, they must participate in the globalization tide actively and try to prompt globalization to develop justly and rationally so that they can enjoy the benefit of it.
