Philosophical Thinking On Several Issues Of China’s Ethnic Minority Areas’s Modernization

China’s modernization of Minority areas is accompanied globalization and China’s modernization process forward propulsion and expanded. As of late modern area, the problem of uneven development is even more evident. From the perspective of globalization,it’s modernization process is facing how to address and deal with several important issues such as modernity and nationality, endogenous and exogenous, integrity and diversity, universality and particularity.Therefore, this paper made philosophical thinking of China’s modernization of Minority areas from the next four aspects,which based on globalization perspective:(1) The targeting on minority areas of China’s modernization must adhere to the unity of modernity and nationality, location modernization goal is to deal with the premise of "unbalanced development issues". There is always the modernization of modernity and nationality of the game, but the problem in the modernization process of China’s ethnic minority areas is particularly prominent. In the late-onset and complexity of the dual situation, targeting minority areas of China’s modernization is only insist Modern and National unity and national market economy to achieve the combination of autonomy in order to effectively utilize the opportunities and resolve the challenges facing.(2) Basis of ethnic minority areas of China’s modernization must emphasize endogenous and exogenous interaction. The foundation is the starting point to find out the modernization process "extremely unbalanced development issues". Minority areas of China’s modernization in a special context, it is necessary to properly handle the relationship between "center" and "edge" to realize the opportunities of exogenous and endogenous advantages for interaction.(3) Modernization of China’s ethnic minority areas of content must adhere to the integrity and diversity of organic combination of innovative modern architecture is key to dealing with the content of "unbalanced development issues". By the "axis of capital," the impact of China’s ethnic minority areas to modern industrial society transformation must, however, they must be based on their environment, customs and cultural characteristics of their complementary advantages of change. Therefore, the modernization of China’s ethnic minority areas of content layout must adhere to the principles of integrity and unity of differences, creative content layout.(4) Roads of China’s minority areas modernization must achieve universality, particularity and individuality fusion. Globalization can cause modern roads in various regions keeping on with word trends,and also requires regional roads according to their requirements of maintaining a modern ethnic characteristics. Therefore, the choice of the minority areas of China’s road to modernization must deal with universality, particularity, of the dialectical relationship between the individual and thus to explore a possibility development path by leaps and bounds.
