Exploring The Innovation Of Administrative Culture In Our Country In New Period

The innovation of administrative culture is a major research job faced with present educational circles. Adopting historical and logical analysis method , related with the tradition of administrative culture, on the basis of the present condition of the innovation of administrative culture in our country and western countries this thesis probe tentatively into such problems as the future trend towards the innovation of administrative culture in our country which is of theoretical significance and practical value to achieving the objective of a struggle for building a well-off society in an all-round way put forward at the Sixteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China and to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The full thesis is divided into four chapters which respectively expound the necessity, route choice and main content of the innovation of administrative culture. In Chapter Two the thesis expound the route choice of administrative culture respectively from the three aspects of the value choice and objective pattern, route choice and dynamical structure of the innovation of administrative culture, centering on the feasibility route, breach and evolution of the innovation of administrative culture. In Chapter Three the thesis point out that the innovation of administrative culture is the innovation mainly of administrative system culture, administrative decision-making culture, administrative moral culture and so forth and analyse them separately. In the last chapter, building new type administrative culture fitting in with a well-off society, the thesis points out that the trend towards the innovation of administrative culture mainly includes taking economic construction as the central task, the trend of democratic, participatory, differentiated, service-based, specialized, legal, efficacious, open, autonomous and enterprising administrative culture and concludes that in order to build new type administrative culture fitting in with a well-off society we must concentrate our efforts on the following: with Marxism as a guide to taking great pains to combine Marxism with Chinese practice establishing core value of administrative culture associating with traditional and modern administrative culture, setting up competitive, efficacious administrative culture fitting in with socialist market economy, deepening the administrative reform and improving socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics, develop the productive forces on a big scale to propel the re-socialization of administrative culture.
