On The Research Of The Financial Holding Company Of State-owned Commercial Bank

With deep development of our country's financial reform, the discussion about mixed operation in our financial industry has got hold of the agenda to come up. Presently, the industry insiders have got common agreement in order to meet the challenges of foreign competitor, to improve our financial industry's competition, and to establish modern enterprise system, mixed operation of finance is necessary. As our country the financial industry's group leader , Chinese four state-owned commercial banks are very important in financial reform.The thesis analyzes the inevitable trend of financial mixed operation, and by comparing two models of mixed operation, it puts forward its idea that the four banks should be transferred into financial holding companies. The thesis brings concrete measures to reach the target; and analyzes the possible risks while reforming and put forward the solutions to deal with the risks. In addition, the thesis also brought the idea on supervising model, which fits our country.The thesis includes five parts, in which the second part is core. In the second part the author designed the three-step plan to transfer the four banks and discuss the risk management in detail. At the same time, the fourth part is also important. In this part author uses vectors model to compare two models of supervising and to choose the better one.
