As far as a logistics firm is concerned, the winning of the contract of a logistics project means the victory in a round of market competition. Moreover, the choice of the bid strategy for a logistics project is the key ingredient for the acquisition of a bid.The following article firstly makes an analysis over the logistics project, illuminating the supply and demand situation in domestic market and corresponding market strategy, which is the groundwork for the following theoretical study. By analyzing the process of bid, explain that though bidding is only one process of the flow, competition can be found in the whole bid process. Two different bid models based on game theory for the logistics project are set up.
