With the rapid improvement of productivity and the large change of the market environment, marketing becomes more and more important. Since China had joined WTO, the home enterprises must face to the hot competition that they have never met. They not only have to study much more theories on marketing deep and renovate their ideas, but also require a series of standard, practical and efficient techniques. So researching and making an analytical tool for marketing, doing some means to improve the level of scientific management is very necessary.The main object in this article is to analyze some decisions on marketing with NN (Neural Net) and Game Theory, specially on enterprise decisions. Its primary work is to build some models and use them in practice. BP as a kind of arithmetic in NN, which can predict the market possessing rate in the future with some correlative data, And according to this result, enterprises take some means to improve their market possessing rate. In order to obtain the furthest profit, we use the Linear-Net (another arithmetic in NN) and Game Theory to foresee the best productivity in oligarch market at the same time.With Game Theory, we analyze the possible activity tactics, such as independent tactic, cooperative tactic, repeated tactic and so on. With the Linear nerve cell and the commission-agent pattern, we analyze the decisions between investor and manager, employee and employer. In this course, because of the difficulty of supervision, we must use inspiring pattern to adapt the managers' activity to the investor's profit, in this way the relationship between them changes to wage choice Game Theory.According to the various supervisions, three sorts of inspiring pattern have been designed. They are investor-manager Game Theory, one is effort proportion to production, one is effort proportion to wages, the other is the effort and the production out of proportion that without supervision.In a word, this article supports theories for the researching of enterprise decision-making, and do the first study on the synthesizing of NN and Game Theory.
