As our country joins WTO, domestic automobile enterprises and foreign automobile giant have launched fiercer competition, in order to reduce the cost of the automobile-manufacturing enterprise, automobile-manufacturing enterprise is considering to outsource non-central automobile logistics to the third party automobile logistics enterprises in the society. Therefore, the demand of third party's logistics of our country will increase by a large margin in the following several years, this has brought good opportunity for development to the third party automobile logistics enterprise of our country. However, as the field of circulation of the automobile logistics is opened fatherly after the accession to the WTO of our country, there will be more international automobile logistics giant enter the domestic third party automobile logistics market, this will bring the severe challenge to third party's development of automobile logistics enterprises of our country at the same time, too.At present, domestic third party automobile logistics enterprises are still at infancy, though development, rapidly, can undertake a certain logistics function only generally, for instance storage, transportation, etc., it is difficult to shorten in products turn-round time to cause enterprises, the logistics cost can not be reduced obviously, very great with the disparity of foreign automobile logistics enterprises. So how the third party automobile enterprise set up own key competitiveness right away seem particularly important now. In order to adapt to the keen competition of logistics market of the automobile, improve the key competitiveness of logistics enterprises, the better one serves the customer, the faster response of the customer, convenient, an accurate demand, fine setting-up one's own competition advantage, seek long-term development, third party automobile logistics enterprise must set up their own unique competitive strategy.This paper uses the relevant theories of the supply chain and logistics, have carried on detailed analysis on the current situation and development trend to the logistics in the automobile industry of our country, the key element of the automobile industry supply chain, four kinds of main types and current situations of the development of third party's logistics enterprises, demand of the third party logistics, market characteristic and development trend, the current situation of third party's automobile logistics and the competitive strategy modes. Have put forward three kinds of comparatively desirable competitive strategy modes of logistics enterprise: Competitive strategy of the price, cost control strategy, differentiation tactics. Finally, use these theories to analyze the real example aboutthe competitive strategy of a third party's automobile logistics enterprise.Studying the development of third party's automobile logistics and competitive strategy is the key competitiveness to the automobile logistics enterprises in the keen competition and setting up competition advantage day by day. Only by passing and setting up unique competitive strategy, the third party automobile logistics enterprises of our country may get a good position in the keen competition day by day, and the further development and strengthening to establish the enterprises' solid foundation.
