Study Of China-Asean International Industry Transfer--Some Suggestions For Guangxi Province

International industry transfer means that the industry transfers between countries, which carry out through international flow and international investment of capital. International industry transfer affects international trade to exporter and importer. After the WWII , there is three remarkable change of international industry transfer ,which is effecting all the world .The paper points out the revelation through analyzing the theories and the experience of EU and NAFTA. Second, after analyzing the actuality and transfer model of China-ASEAN, the paper points out that the basis of transfer and discusses the affects to the international industry transfer because of AFTA becoming effective: accelerate industry transfer inside, increase scale, advance optimize and the model of industry transfer of China-ASEAN. Finally, the paper discusses the station of GuangXi province: from southwest door to international door, hinge of launching out etc and makes some suggestions for GuangXi province which has special status in China-ASEAN: afresh soft and firm circumstance, increase attracting transfer scale, develop industry of compare predominance and so on.
