| The electronic governmental affairs (EGA) is a kind of advanced technique used by government at all levels to make the governmental affairs into information system, to reach the publicity and efficiency and service of official business. Above all, the EGA is of realization of the governmental management and service items which have been optimized and regrouped on the network by making use of modern network communication and computational technique of time and space and the separation of governmental sections conducted by the governmental service.
