The coming of information economy has made enterprises competitionembody advantage competition, enterprises have made more and moreinvestment on human capital in order to form their own core capacity ofcompetition. It can be classified as sanitation, medical treatment, healthprotection, in-service training, investments such as "learning while working",employment and dismissal, etc. Then take the in-service training as example,through the training of workers on knowledge of culture, labor technology,working attitude, enable the workers to possess the basic knowledge that theymust master to complete their own work, may increase master spirit of theworkers, enable the workers to master the technology which is required incompleting their own work and inspire the workers' talents and improve thelaborers' quality. After introducing the important role of enterprises humancapital investment, the formula of human capital investment income of Baire isintroduced: From the analysis, we can conclude that balanced manufacturer laboremployment decision has become the problem that under the condition ofknown market discount rate, to seek equilibrium point that the present amountof total cost and total revenue equals.
