China has already joined WTO, this will accelerate China's economy and incorporate the paces of the international economy greatly , enterprises will march towards the internationalization, the foreign capital will enter the Chinese market deeply and widely , it has already been the trend of the times that the internationalization of domestic enterprises deal in, the competition will be fiercer, the challenge we faced is not merely a competition on fund , technology that domestic enterprises are engaged in the management of internationalization, the more important thing is talents' competition. Talents are most rare resource and the most valuable wealth to enterprises , developing , using and training them is becoming the key question that enterprises survive and develop to this important resource naturallyThe administrative staff of enterprises is only an administrator who gets salary stratum, but not capital owner. So trust- production of problem of agency because client inconsistent with the agent' s utility function often, there are detailed information , the agent's ability , information asymmetry of morality and partiality to the work between the agent and client, the cost which measures agent's achievement is expensive .
