Pit shafting engineering company is national enterprise which is subordinate by Qinghai Oil Field Manage Department. It is engaged in drilling, repairing the well and other activities. In the recently years, the old compensation system doesn't adapt to the needs of the company development because the enterprise is facing serious exterior competition and interior reorganizing and changes. The company has so many reforms for compensation distributive system, but the present system is still unreasonable. It's important to analyses the problem and found out the way to solve the problem, It can be used to conduct the regulation of the compensation distribution in the company.As many as compensation distributive materials of the company are collected ,and the following methods such as: link practice with theory, Employing quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis are also used to research the problem. The problems of the compensation management in the company are studied in a systematic way. The deep reasons caused this problems are found. On the basis of this , a new salary pattern has been planned and the method to be used to carried out the pattern has also been put forward.The major works are: First, analyze the compensation system problems and find the reasons according to compensation theory. According to the characteristic of the operator, manager, specialtechnological workers and ordinary workers, a new salary pattern that fitting the company is designed including: yearly salary for the major manager, elementary salary and efficiency salary for the other managers and the operators ,the elementary salary and sharing in profits .Second, a practical post evaluation has been devised at present compensation system in this thesis. That is the basis of the salary designing. Third microanalysis and control has been carried out, profits distribution is at the basis of profit-making in the company. The achievement of the Branch Company, basic unit, individual person will be checked in the course of profits distribution. Thus, the model is practical in the company.
