With the development of China's market economy, it is of great important for a company to improve its core competency in a competitive market. In any company, human resource is now taken as one of the most important factors, which shape the core competency in a company. According to HR theories and practices, an efficient HR management system can stimulate employee's desire to work hard and effectively. Of many HR policies, salary policies are considered to be the most effective one in the stimulation of employees. As a stated-owned company, GX Electrical Company succeeds to its salary policies from its old model, which used to be popular in China's planning economy times. However, these pay polices and merit pay system are out of date and in fact inefficient. In order to solve the problem arising as reform is taken, it is thus necessary to make job analysis and evaluation by scientific management methods. The paper come from the compensation system theory,traced the compensation revolution item of GX Electrical Company,and planed compensation system . Firstly, the paper based on the old compensation system,talking about many employees,analyzing employees'satisfaction assessment, focused on the essential problem in GX Power Company's compensation system. Secondly, for the HR target of GX Electrical Company, using precise and qualitative analysis, planed a series of new, but concrete policies for the compensation system of GX Electrical Company.
