Since one century ago, enterprise's salary question has been the hot question paid much attention to in economic and management field. From learning the development of modern economics classically, the economics domain is already quite systematic in study on question of the salary. Taking a broad view of all these salary theories, we can find, the basic prerequisites of these theories are supposed: The subject of accepting the salary is the economic people of "reason", therefore various kinds of views of deducing out have all already permeated through management activity, have a extremely extensive impact on administration's behavior. However, proceed from management angle, the individual in reality is not the economic people of "reason" , it is both complicated and changeable to manage the environmental question in reality, the systems of salary can not all get rational execution . On the basis of managing the request of the practice, enterprise's salary management theory is being developed constantly with development of management practice too. This text combines enterprise's management mode together innovatively with enterprise's salary mode. The main content of this text has:First of all, this text divides enterprise's management modes into management mode taking efficiency as the centre and management mould regarding people as the centre. According to the characteristic of enterprise's salary innovatively Type. Management mode that regard people as the centre, people copies of management mode, people copies of management mode regard people as decisive factor of management, it requires enterprises to respect people, guardian, encourage people, let enterprise's system , environment adapt to people, but not let people adapt to the system and environment, the supreme realm of thismanagement of people is to do some things , leave some things undone, should make each employee able to reach oneself and manage , realize that" two- win " of enterprise and the staff is developed . The management mode taking efficiency as the centre regards improving the efficiency organized as object, it demands to organize and choose the proper office procedure in order to solve the efficiency problem organized according to the nature and characteristic of the concrete problem, all improvement methods which are favorable to efficiency are in its care range. Secondly, according to designing different salary system differently respectively of enterprise's management mode. The management mode that regarding people as the centre. Implements the salary system that regards people as the centre . to design, the management mode taking efficiency as the centre implements the salary mode taking efficiency as the centre, two kinds of salary systems have adopted different salary scheme separately to different personnel. Moreover, this text also takes the lead in adopting the analytic approach of the level to design the scheme implementing effect of the salary and appraise the system, resolve scheme implementing effect evaluation indexes of the salary into the indexes of three levels, and the method to adopt the Analgtice Hierarchy Process (AHP) and combine with fuzzy mathematics is appraised to the implementing effect of the scheme of the salary. Develop the appraisal method and step of the instance elaboration salary scheme implementing effect simultaneously.
