Under the background, there is important meaning on how to deal with the compensation system effectively, cultivate the enthusiasm of cadre and reserve and attract person with ability.Current wages and benefits system of the army arose from planned economy, after past revolutions, the presently compensation system based on post and military ranks is formed. This kind of leading by the post and military ranks emphasizes the wages attached to post and military ranks. This system reflects a single index, that couldn't represent all of the post fundamental element indexes. It hasn't assessed allover the elements such as duty, complexity of work, pressure of work and needed individual ability. It can not represent the principle of distribution on the basis of labor.Based on the effect of compensation system on construction of the army's cadre, integrated all of the post element, the thesis brings up a new idea in constructing post compensation system in the scope of army's cadre. The main work in this thesis is: analysises the present situation and existing problem compared with the foreign army and public servant's compensation system; brings up the idea and method of compensation based on post value on the basis of summarize and analysis of compensation and compensation management and the characteristic of army's post; assesses the post by point-method, obtains the post compensation structure table, and then forms a post compensation program by market investigating. Analysis on a certain land force round by AHP(The Analytical Hierarchy Process) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to make a system assessment on post compensation program and the active program, and bring up the suggestion on proving our army's currently compensation system. |
