"Wenzhou Mode" is a typical regional economical mode, which created during China' s economic system innovation and development.Huabao Group, a private enterprise developing with the development of Wenzhou private economic, is an epitome of Wenzhou private economic. Also, the competition is fiercer in electric appliances field, even though Whenzhou economy gained great achievements, Whenzhou private enterprises' administration levels are still slow.rMarketing is very important to company, therefore, the marketing strategy is the base of how to decide development direction, approach and means.This treatise' s research object is Huabao Group. In this research, the author used qualitative and measurable way with many models. At the same time, this treatise based on many economic and administration thesis' s, much of material and fieldwork.The paper' s whole structure is listed as below. Firstly, Huabao Group and its present marketing situation are introduced based on Whenzhou and Wenzhou Mode. Secondly, the macroscopical'and field circumstances and internal conditions are analyzed. Lastly, Huabao Group' s marketing strategy is shown.This treatise' s outcome, research way and structure are very helpful to this group' s strategy and marketing management. Moreover, it can also provide reference value to other enterprises in the same fields.
