Development Orientating Study About Superior Enterprises Of China

The Transnational Corporations (TNC) is leading roles and navigator in world economy of the contemporary era, their activity field have extended all the global stratums. Chinese enterprises which China has joined in the WTO are confronted with rigorous facts that will compete with foreign TNC on the same platform, to the small and weak comparatively Chinese enterprises, specially to Superior Enterprises of China (SEC), how to clarity their Development Orientating (DO) and then explore a way which is conformed to their practice in future growing period, is a serious problem that is needed to resolve urgently with not only profound meaning of theory but also significant meaning of practice.By contrasting every economic index of SEC with those of dominant enterprises of foreign capital in chapter of No. 2 and No. 3, the thesis draw a conclusion that SEC is urgent to became huge and strong. Then it demonstrates such a general conclusion in chapter of No. 4, the conclusion manifests that the developing route of SEC should develop into internationalizing enterprises by implementing internationalizing strategy and foreign direct investment firstly, and then by implementing global strategy and fostering core speciality, the final DO of SEC is TNC of Chinese shape.The core of this thesis is in chapter of No. 5, in others words,it is tactics studying for realizing the DO of SEC. This chapterconsists of two parts, One is method analyzing of realizing the DOof SEC; The other is strategy studying of realizing the DO of SEC.There are two points of innovation in this thesis. One isthrough analyzing of general dynamic Cournot model, deepen and extend"The Theory of Oliopolistic Reaction" of American scholarF. T. Knickerbockley, puts forward a new viewpoint which is differentto the "The Advancing Gradually Theory of OperationInternationalizing" of Swedish scholar Johansson and WiedersheimPall who have summarized, namely, "leaping way" of transnationaloperating of Chinese enterprises; The other is puts forward relevant strategy conception aiming at the global strategy and growing-and-developing strategy of subsidiary in China of contemporary TNC.The theoretical significance of this thesis lies in not only clarifying the DO of SEC and the connotation and features of TNC of Chinese shape, but also pointing out that the way of transnational operating of realizing the DO of SEC is organic synthesis of general way and leaping way; The practical significance of this thesis lies in clarifying the direction and thinking for transnational operating of Chinese enterprises, and offering the basis and reference of decision as well.
