Based on previous analysis, the thesis provides effective strategies of supplier management and suggestions for risk prevention and control.The thesis counts in the operability for enterprises; combined with case of Xingqi Ltd., introduces a new method to improve the supplier relationship for Xingqi. This method is devised to perfect the supplier management, build up a complete system to appraise, screen suppliers. To realize the supplier management, the thesis associates with the management of purchase, and create possible innovations.
