Living Labor Is The Unique Source Of Value

Since the presentation of Marx's labor value theory ,the argumentation has been stimulated. During this period ,this theory has received negative or positive explanation,now Marx's labor value theory has become even more popular.In china,several disputations have been aroused since the establishment of people's republic of China.The latest controversy has been prompted by the JiangZemin's speaking on the convention for commemorating the eightieth birthday of China's Communist Party .Looking through the argumentations either in china or other countries ,the key problem is mainly about "whether living labor is the unique source of value production or not?".Another crucial problem is "what kind of living labor can account for the production of value".When seeking answers of these two questions,most authors endeavor to analyze them by using economical or political economy theories .In fact,these kinds of analysis can lead to partial explanation which can be described as " only see the wood, not the forest".In this article, the author pick out one basic idea "labor is the unique source of value "from Marx's labor value theory.On the basis of analyzing such conception as "labor'V'living labor" ,"value",the author try to explain this idea by using philosophic methods.In my opinion,labor is a scientific conception which is different from practice.lt is the practice of reforming object by subject.Living labor is not an new thing different from labor.Living labor stress man's subject statue and energetic operation,which is not equal to "dead labor" .Either living labor or labor can be described as man's essence ,which reflecting the philosophic meaning of the basic idea "labor is the unique source of value ". "value" is also an important conception in Marx's labor value theory .In the thesis"labor is the unique source of value ",value can be explained by economic ideas,not by philosophic ideas.Such explanation is not object to the motive of philosophicanalyzing.When analyzing the basic idea "labor is the unique source of value",the author thinks that this idea is an economic thesis firstly,meanwhile this idea is also a philosophic thesis.This idea is also a scientific thesis.In the second chapter of this article,on the basis of the first chapter,the author present : under the social market economic system ,we should stick to the basic idea "labor is the unique source of value",meanwhile we should broaden the scope of "living labor which create value"according the altering situation.
