The thesis emphasizes the materiality of the compensation allocation first. By research on domestic and abroad compensation allocation system's advantages and disadvantages, under the direction of advanced compensation theories and incentive theories such as Agent Theory, the paper puts forward a new strategy that different compensation structure is carried out for different place in the enterprise. On the basis of the wage's principle the paper constructs the classified salary system, for example, decision-maker's annual salary system, corporation manager's place- performance salary system and so on. At last five concrete different ways of compensation allocation are created and then it is formed that multi-player allocation system and material means.Aimed at construction enterprise, with the guide of the compensation allocation system, according to the characteristics of discrepancy of the different place, the article establishes the new incentive compensation allocation system that takes the laboring, responsibility, skill and contribution to the organization as five primary gists. This systemic and balanceable compensation allocation becomes to kernel content of effective motivation mechanism in order to attract, stabilize and inspire talents. Chapter Four elaborates on China No. 18 MetallurgyConstruction Corporation.The valid compensation allocation system is designed for our country metallurgy construction industry. It is more effective and more incentive.(1) Enthusiasm and go-aheadism for work are increased under the classified salary system increases.(2) It makes employee consider the avail of the corporation better when they make decision.(3) It strengthens the usefulness of the allocation system.In a word, this paper has some characters of feasibility and easy to operate.
