During the developing of the world economy especially, after our China entering the WTO, the competitions enterprises facing: Capital market competition; technology & production market Competition; labor market competition, are more and more vigorous. All of these are human recourses competition in a word. The HR competition points out aquestion that should be solved urgently: how to choice and employ person, how to cultivate person, how to keep and reserve person. And the question how to keep or reserve is difficult to treat and widespread to many enterprises at presently. It should be studied deeply for privated enterprises to keep or reserve person. It' s important to reform salary system for privated enterprises to improve employee enthusiasm and livingness, to improve work efficiency and enterprise benefit.At the basic of the practice of Changzhou HuaDong Decoration Company, with a view to future, by exertion theory analyzing and actually survey and compare etc. method , this paper points out salary reform scheme by contraposing the outside & inside circumstance of the enterprise with existent questions mostly.According to the differences of the work and position of advanced manager, project manager and market manager, different salary reform scheme should be worked out, offering reference for the company to implement salary reform.
