The Discussion Of Economic Integration Between The Northern Territory Of The Minjiang River Mouth And Wenzhou

The essence of regional economic integration is "open" and "complementary". In the face of the inexorable development trend of "economic globalization, a new shift of international industries and environmental protection", the regional economy has already broken the demarcation line of administrative region. Through the regional flow of production factors, the regional economy develops in harmony on the basis of specialized division and jointed cooperation, regarding market as the bridge, relying mainly on the enterprises. As the regional economic theory develops constantly, the new characteristics of the world regional economic integration have appeared in its development range, scale, extent, level and way. Therefore, it has already become the important strength of driving the economic globalization.Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the paces of regional economic integration of our country have been accelerated; and the government cognition of the regional developing goal has become more clear; and the policy formation has become more systematic and various; the enterprise has become the subject of resources distribution; the economic integration of some regions such as the Changjiang Delta has entered a new developing stage.The northern territory of the Minjiang River mouth is located in the littoral between Fuzhou and the east of Fujian, which is a passage between Fuzhou and Wenzhou.Thus the east of Fujian becomes the bridgehead which links Fujian and the Changjiang Delta. It is a question of regional economic development, including a county's economic development. This thesis proposes the conception of accelerating economic integration between Wenzhou and the northern territory of the Minjiang River mouth, and some relevant countermeasures according to the regional realistic situation. What's more, it emphatically points out that priority in the northern territory of the Minjiang River mouth should be given to exploit port resources, strengthen infrastructure construction, improve the serving environment. And it also suggests through the projects accelerating the regional exchange, strengthening the industrial, and cultural link, realizing the economic integration between Wenzhou and the northern territory of the Minjiang River mouth, even the east of Fujian, driving the link between Fujian Province and the Changjiang Delta.
