Study On The Economic Function Of County Government In The Integration Of Yangtze River Delta

It is an inevitable trend of the Yangt Ze River Delta region to improve its carrying capacity and high-quality development to speed up the break-down of administrative barriers and carry out the integration process in depth.At present,the county economies in the region are faced with the bottleneck of environment,resources and other allocation and the constraints of planning adjustment,how to give full play to the economic functions of the government in the face of the changes in the external environment is the only way for the county government to explore the new direction of economic development.Since the State Council issued the Outline of the Yangt Ze River Delta Regional Integration Development Plan in 2019,and the Implementation Plan at the provincial and municipal levels has been formulated and promulgated,the pattern of regional integration development in the Yangt Ze River Delta has gradually entered the overall planning stage by guiding free development.This puts forward higher requirements for the county-level government to play the role of economic function and cope with the new changes brought about by industrial layout,market environment,public service and social management.Based on the regional integration of the Yangt Ze River Delta and the theory of selective intervention in the market economy by the government,this paper uses literature research,interview method,questionnaire and statistical analysis to carry out empirical research on the performance of economic functions of the Z municipal government,and analy Zes the data and functional mechanism of various economic indicators in Z city.Using the comparison between the outline of the plan and the present situation,the paper summari Zes the existing problems and shortcomings in the implementation of the economic functions of Z-city.Market demand-oriented,give play to the subjective initiative of the administrative departments,learn from the experience of advanced countries and use some excellent practices at home and abroad for reference,put forward suggestions and methods to improve the performance of the functions of the Z municipal government.Through the above-mentioned approach,this paper expects Z City to be able to base elves on the development of reality,according to the research and demonstration of the article to make meaningful economic functions to perform practical exploration,to provide a reference model for the county-level government to perform functions in the special context of regional integration in the Yangt Ze River Delta,and also to provide valuable theoretical research for researchers in the field of public service.
