The Process Of Economic Integration In The Regional Administrative System And Innovation

The development structure of the regional economy represented by the area of Yangtze River Delta in China is emerging with each passing day. It is the main strategy orientation of realizing equilibrium development and narrowing the gap between the different regions in the 21 century. Meanwhile, the administration barrier is virtually existing. The severe competition among the administrative districts impacts on the cooperation and linkage between the local governments, acts as the main barrier to the regional economic rearrangement and development. Thus, the dissertation here is aiming at further study and discussion on how to build up a regional administrative system which suits the regional economic development through rational integration of local government structure, system, policy and interests by case study with Yangtze River delta as an example when analyzing the general theory on the regional administration.This dissertation focuses on the research into how to break the limits of the regional administrative classification, eliminate all kinds of negative elements existing in the policy and system environment, build up an effective communication and cooperative system between the local governments in the course of economic integration by analyzing the co-exploitation and construction in the area of Yangtze River delta. With a point of view of governmental market administration, this dissertation also aims at a study on how to create an inter-regional and seamless system layout on market management and comprehensive development in purpose of forming a network of more reasonable and effective social administration and resources distribution, to form a regional administration of effective system arrangement by realizing regional interest balance, assurance of regional coordination and development.
