This article indicated the development of Mao Zedong's thinking through investigating his practice activities of exploring the Chinese revolution road, and analyzing the two articles he wrote in 1928, his letter to Party's Central Committee on April 5th, 1929, and the article "A single spark can start a prairie fire" in January 1929. By researching "Anti-dogmatism", the author concluded the distinctive features of Mao's practice activities, discusses the effect to the formation of Chinese revolution road theory from the lessons of "Lisan Road" and "Wangming Road". This article tries to describe the problems of the formation of Chinese revolution road theory, discuss the scales and degrees of Mao's practice activities and other objective situations before 1935, and research the unsuccessful formation of Chinese revolution road theory by using the viewpoint of reorganization law in "On Practice". And on this basis, Mao's revolution road theory of "villages surround Cities" is proposed, which is formed from a series of thesis after the Agrarian Revolution War to the early stage of the War of Resistance Against Japan. Besides, this article has answered the questions of the theory premise time and sign of the revolution road theory and concluded the content of theformation period of it. This article consists of three parts:The first part: Explain the creation history background of Chinese revolution road theory.The second part: Explain the process of Mao's exploration of the Chinese revolution road. The author mainly analyzed Mao's Communist Regime theory and the plan with the practice activities of fighting for Jiang Xi province, and then revealed the reorganization origin of the unformed revolution road theory "Villages surround Cities" in the early stage of the 1930s from the epistemological angle.The third part: Explain the formation and system of Mao's revolution road theory on "Villages surround Cities", and answered the questions about the formation premise, time and sign of it. At last, this article concluded the basic contents of the theory again.
